How I Work​
I work mainly distantly. I know it’s a bit of a mind-bender to think that healing can work distantly, but it does. It works because everything is connected – in consciousness and in the energetic field that makes up our reality. The VortexHealing transmission uses this interconnectedness to bridge the healing energy to you, wherever you are.

Connect
First, we have a chat to discuss what issue is impacting you the most right now and what’s the best way for us to approach it. This is often a very important part of the process as it can help to get your awareness into the issue that is troubling you.
Receive
Find a quiet, comfortable place to relax and receive. You can sit up or lay down; either is fine, as long as your spine is straight. During the session, pay attention to any thoughts, feelings, or sensations that occur. If you find your mind wandering off, focus lightly on your breath as a means to anchor you in the present moment.

After-care
VortexHealing works on very deep level in the system, so take it easy afterwards as your system adjusts to the changes. Over the next few days, pay attention to your thoughts, reactions and feelings. Do you notice any changes? Be aware that you might feel worse after the session before you feel better. This is normal and is part of the healing process as deeper level conditioning comes up to the surface to release. After a few days, it should pass leaving a greater sense of space and freedom around this issue.
